Lead UX Design / April 2023 - Present

- Design first Subscribe and Save UX for SharkNinja, for new and future product line launches.
- Implement cohesive UX solutions across D2C, Account Management and Customer Service.
- Apply iterative design roadmap that accounts for dependencies and scope limitations.
- Lead cross-team UX discussions with key stakeholders and developers, presenting best practices and possible trade-offs, while advocating for user testing.
- Create visual design prototypes (for both Ninja Thirsti and Shark Beauty) for brand teams.

- Designed Amazon content + web features and campaigns that led to record sales.
